The press shop has 7 single action power presses from 15 to 100 ton, a 12 ton Worcester Rotary, six No 3 fly presses, a No 5 fly press, a Barns 15 ton brake press and a guillotine.
Can secondary operations be done in house?
Yes. The machine shop handles drilling, countersinking, tapping, turning, milling, barrel deburring and cylindrical and surface grinding, alongside in-house toolmaking.
Do you weld and assemble?
Yes. Welding is MIG on a Murex 160 and spot welding, and the team includes welders and assembly workers.
